Hybrid schedule determined by yourself/your team (no blanket in-office schedule for whole company.) Bonuses based on company performance, and company is in excellent shape. Willing to train anyone for almost any position.

Cons

Some managers may be a little "old school", but the company as a whole listens to and acts on feedback.

Working with allot of great people / managers Great Pay Bonus is on point Benefits are great Fully remote, and often encouraged to take time off to prevent burn out

Cons

Slow to embrace new technologies. Red tape can make getting access to sandbox environments nearly impossible, some work silos cannot be broken down
