      Pros

      There are a lot of smart and talented people that work at Texas Mutual, and they make it better when times are tough. The benefits are great especially compared to other insurance companies in the area.

      Cons

      Company used to be a lot better. We really cared about the customer and it is sad to see that changing. Management is so worried about their own egos and have been known to lie to get what they want. Watch your back.

      Overall, a well ran company. Management has good vision and respect for their employees. The benefits are above average and the work environment is comfortable.

      Overall limited opportunities. People will get comfortable in their positions for years and not move up or leave the company..
