This company discriminates on the basis or race. Not only do they discriminate, they retaliate when you complain to management. Beware. If you don't believe me, just type in Canada v. Texas Mutual Insurance Company. Also they been the Defendant more than a few times.

Office politics is killing this organization. A lot of talented people that were influential, knowledgeable and the definition of a true leader have left....leaving a void. Organization preaches transparency and sells to prospect candidates that they are big on employee development but this is not the truth. They have promoted and continued to promote only those who are yes sirs and yes ma'am people and force out others who are strategic and innovative to take the company to the next level. Never go to HR about issues with mgmt or they are only there to protect upper mgmt and the company's brand.
