Great Company that listens to their employees needs

Cons

This is an hourly job for non-management, so you have to work 9 hours a day to complete 40 hours if you take an hour lunch. You must live in Austin to work for Corporate.

The organization has a service-driven culture that focuses on mutual care for our customers, and the empowerment we have as employees as well. I am impressed on how sound the company is financially, and the job security it affords. I enjoy the wellness/well being incentive programs. Also, the support from management is to ensure your success purposeful and intentional.

Processes are changing for the better, but seems to be taking a while.
