      Pros

      Treat their employees very well. Health Benefits are very good and the Management is very good. A new building is underway in Austin, TX. Job expectations are high but reasonable and achievable.

      Cons

      It is an Insurance Company which tends to be more conservative. Current management is changing that somewhat.

      Good pay and benefits package. People are great. Professional environment. Nice rewards. Great at execution and planning. Customers are the focus.

      Cons

      Not many negatives only a few problems here and there but very good overall. Solid strategic vision.
