      Pros

      Texas Mutual cares deeply about its mission, its employees, its communities and their partners. Their genuine commitment to caring sets the tone for the great culture they have. It's a great place to work.

      Cons

      If you are someone who likes to "climb the ladder" you'll probably have to leave at some point due to lack of development opportunities. The company is in a transition state at the moment as it relates to technology, however it seems that they are working their way through.

      Really tired of the "we're not perfect, we can do better" tag line. How about you just do better already? How about some accountability for a change? The company will do everything it can to protect the higher ups, even when they're completely wrong.
