Pros

I really tried to say something positive about this Company but decided I shouldn't lie about it. I left on surface amicable terms. I refused to be micromanaged and I was verbal about my dislikes and the desperate need shake the top level to the ground and start over. The regionals, supervisors, leaders are not qualified for their positions. Their mindsets are not appropriate. They see themselves as superior but will not engage in a conversation about streamlining processes and employee retention. C-level "Executives" try to appear differently, but trying to hold an intelligent conversation with these people and consistently get deer in the headlights confirms both levels should be shaken down. If you have a brain, steer clear or be prepared to dumb-down.

Cons

No business practices or Corporate initiatives. No succession planning for employees. I am not able to list them as an employer for the last year and a half. They are a joke in the Industry. Too bad I found out later instead of sooner. That's a year and a half of my life I will never get back. Ugh!!

Pros

competitive pay, 401k matching is good

Cons

Micro-managing to the max at ISC (Information Service Center) not only are you to be logged in for 7.5 hrs but you have to take breaks at the assigned times "only" or you are docked points in your eval. Little things here and there make 8 hrs seem like 12 hour days.

Pros

The people I work with are awesome team players.

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations. Claims supervisors work 7 days a week and expect their employees to do the same. Claims employees are dropping like flies and creating a workload that is hard to manage. If you do not work overtime you will not be promoted or recognized.
