Pros

If you start working there while in high school and show consistently positive performance, you are able to keep your job for when you come back home from college.

Cons

While the employees are generally fun to be around and make for a pretty comedic time at work, most other servers are not really going anywhere (school or anywhere much higher in the workplace). I would not think that you would be developing many meaningful relationship if you are planning on going to college or finding yourself high up in the career market.

Pros

The work environment is excellent and there are great opportunities to meet new people and make friends. They are very accomodating for requesting particular days off and managing a schedule with going to school.

Cons

As a server you never get a raise.

Pros

one of the busiest restaurants good tips

Cons

this company is unprofessional managers fraternizing with employees and such. Also, they ask for tip share that is ridiculously high and you have to tip the food runners. No thank you
