Pros

- Fun, laid back atmosphere - You make more money than you would in similar restaurants - Flexible hours

Cons

- Opportunities for advancement are rarely talked about - Management tends to fixate on the bottom line, not on their employees - During training you are told about all sorts of benefits and rewards, little are actually seen

Pros

Flexible schedule, loads of fun to work at, dancing is just great. The location I worked at was very busy, so the tips reflected that.

Cons

It seems the focus is more on sales rather then good customer service. The customers could probably tell that we were more worried about having them get mush/onions on their steak rather then if their steak was cooked correctly.
