Pros

There is nothing positive about this place.

Cons

Culture is toxic. Systems and processes are antiquated. People are put into positions with no experience. Staff are performing more than one job. There is no training or onboarding process to allow people to acclimate to new roles. Morale is at an all-time low. Huge employee turnover. No one is happy except the Overpaid president and other executives.

Pros

There are some dedicated professors at TSU.

Cons

The university mired in incompetency, nepotism, sex-for-jobs, and extraordinary racism, which hurts the purpose of the university. The employees who cannot or will not do their jobs shove all of their work onto others - often the women - who have to pick up their slack on top of doing their own jobs. Female support staff do more and are paid less than men. Bullying is common, and the environment is very unhealthy. People are sick a lot, and many colleagues have put on enormous amounts of weight after taking a job at TSU. They are sick because TSU is a sick environment.

Pros

It was employee at will and I left the moment I got a chance. Not a bad work schedule but it can be rather stressful because of the people who have been employed with the institution for years and refuse to change their ways

Cons

Too many to list: - Incompetence anywhere you look - People who weren't even registered for class waiting for financial aid refund checks
