Pros

Flexible, a lot of hours, and collaborating with teachers is one of the nicest things about this job. It helps to develop those relationships.

Cons

You get blamed a lot for mistakes that the faculty makes, and that sucks if you are not interested in having a lot of hateful, angry emails.
