Pros

Great pay and great experience. The schedule is rather flexible because you are a student. If you need time off to work on school work, the professors will work with you. The work can also be very self-paced. If you are grading papers, you can work at your own pace as long as you work within the professors parameters. The pay is very nice. You get paid once a month and it is around $20 an hour. You also receive a credit for half tuition.

Cons

The work can be very intense one week and very light the other. Sometimes the professors can be very vague in what they want you to do. It can be frustrating but well worth it in experience.
