Pros

17 holidays, 1 sick day and 1 vacation from the start, you can use your sick days from the start, the vacation you have to wait 180 to use. Good health insurance.

Cons

Management, I don't know how they got their jobs, its a government agency. Enough said.

Pros

Great Flex schedule, autonomy with assignments, great benefits, HR has a representative who helps employees deal with supervisors and ensure everyone is being fair.

Cons

Pay could be higher with my Masters, current supervisor is very slow with decisions putting her staff behind and the Director does nothing about it.

Pros

The Pros for this agency are the State Benefits, flex schedule allowed, and having an HR representative to help employees

Cons

The Cons are low pay, no training, no management support or even really aware of what their employees need nor do they seem to really care.
