Set schedule allowed for great work life balance. I had great communication with my team so I never felt lost or in over my head. Sick Leave starts from day one Great Retirement fund

Cons

The monthly paycheck was quite an adjustment, but nothing better financial planning didn't help with.

I truly received gratification being able to impact those in need of our services. Seeing how the services changed their day to day lives was extremely rewarding.

Cons

Hard to grow. Managers truly are there to collect a paycheck.
