As a career Advisor there are challenges in the job duw to the types of customers your working with (namely low-income and those receiving fed/state benefits). But I have always had excellent management who are kind and are quick to sympathize with you

Cons

Many rules are grey rather than black and white but it's something easily understood by management so you're not at fault.
