State Agency, Benefits are ok to good, Must be on an HMO, no practical choice. Personally rewarding working with disability community

Cons

professionals are micromanaged as one would manage groups of people who have jobs that they don't like. Must be seen working or managers think you are not working. Lesser managers are unable to adjust to the hybrid work schedule. They prefer to see their staff at all times to believe that staff is working. Many manage through fear
