The pay, middling benefits, management, turnover rate, staffing, poor timelines. The main negative is pay. I lost purchasing power even after getting the highest merit review in my group. There is no incentive for textron to pay better because they have a stranglehold on Wichita. Do not work here unless you simply want a job and don’t care about being undervalued. Furthermore management made it exceedingly clear we were just numbers to to them. Whole teams gutted to support other groups because they can’t get enough staff. And the brain drain is intense. Knowledge leaves this place faster than it is replaced.
