Pros
Great people to work with, very patient with new hires, sufficient training, very understanding management (felt like a family to be honest), lots of experience to learn from and great products, great benefits and lots of holidays, lots of opportunities to grow to higher positions or to move to different departments and learn something new. If you get a job there, take advantage of the great benefits, start your masters and flight school right away!
Cons
Nothing that I can remember and it will probably be a good memory with me for the rest of my life. Just couldn't live in Wichita coming from a bigger city like Dallas, Flights were always expensive for a traveler, and i'm not a cold weather person!
