      Pros

      Great products - the last of the "romantic" industries; great people - glad to see their hard work over the past few year is paying off.

      Cons

      The transition from a "family-oriented" culture to one that was more business savvy was hard; leaders appeared ruthless at times; I wonder if they had seemed less hypocritical if more people would have followed sooner.

      Pros

      Pretty easy going jobs. Some people are nice but others can be fake.

      Cons

      Lay offs and a bunch of back stabbers when lays offs start happening. Would never go back to this place...very grade school.....watching what you do and who you talk to. A complete joke!.

      Pros

      My management was very good to me, I was always treated with dignity and respect. Working for Cessna was my favorite job.

      Cons

      I really have nothing bad to say about Cessna, I was happy there and wish I had not been laid off along with 6000 other employees. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
