Pros
The ability to work nearly unlimited overtime, and the education assistance.
Cons
The major disadvantages I see at Textron is that hard working, and knowledgeable individuals are not compensated properly. The pay is based off time with the company not how much you can do or have done for the company. The higher up positions seem to have too much favoritism towards minority's rather than qualifications for the job
