Cons
Union shop, so youll have to deal with everything that comes with that. Lazy workers, Grown adults behaving like children and constant petty drama. Crap health insurance. Youll be stuck at 2nd shift until someone dies or moves departments. The work can be monotonous, and at times physically demanding. It takes forever to start earning a decent amount of time off. first 3 years is 3.8 hours of vacation a month and 2 hours of PSL.
