      A Living Can Be Made With A Cost

      Pros

      automatic quarterly $.25 raises, Good starting salary. Ability to move throughout the organization.

      Cons

      Administratively very disorganized, lots of political red tape, poor work/life balance at times. Depending on your location moving up in the ranks can take decades whereas other shops you can promote within a couple years in the same company. More mandatory overtime than I would have expected and with only a few hours heads up most of the time
