Pros

Base pay was very good. Started at $18.50. 5 months later received a .70 raise then another. 45. I've had a performance raise but wont reveal what that raise was or what my current hourly rate is. Company seems to care about its employees and they do fun little things to keep the moral and chemistry in tact......but as with anywhere, there are some that you simply cannot please no matter how hard you try or what you do hahah

Cons

I've been happy with pretty much everything so far in my 2 yr career here so far. Although my pay is good, if I have to say something that is "con" in a way, its that they will not reveal what the top of your current pay scale is so I don't know what my potential is here. This could lead to a tough decision as far as deciding to leave or not, for another job, because you don't know what you could be making in the future compared to what some one else may put on the table in front of you.

Pros

Wide variety of equipment to get experience with. Great pay above average benefits. Nc Techs are highly valued and some of the last to be effected by lay-offs.

Cons

Business directly tied to the economy so a long career can be tough. Leadership gets cycled around fast.

Pros

Flight Club rentals, good people, fun projects (most of the time), employee gyms & discounts, good discounts on Garmin, good vacation & personal time allotments

Cons

Lack of defined leadership and leadership traits in leaders, lack of direction (on some new proj), poor insurance, expected to work up to 10hrs overtime/week (if needed), no upward growth, no lateral growth for people who excel but don't match with direct supervisor's ambitions,
