      Unfortunately, I feel all the "pros" are in our past.

      Cons

      The wrong people are being put in leadership roles and those more valuable and with the skills to lead & inspire, I see more and more of them shown the door.

      Interesting subject matter and overall goal of making things fly, working with talented people who get along very well when need be. If you need help people are generally willing to take a moment out of their day to assist in bridging gaps of understanding.

      Cons

      Turnover caused by lucrative hiring cycle wastes the time of many employees in the Mentor role. A new employee may be trained for months at great expense but then soon after may be let go without warning to either Mentor or Pupil.
