      Pros

      Great learning environment, and the guys you work with become like family. The work is hard but will keep you busy. Most of the guys who are grades higher will work with you to understand the position.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, since the company is so large repair centers really fend for themselves. Not to mention they are so overrun with work that its more about just get the job done instead of accuracy.

      Good company for recent college grads and internship

      Limited advancement opportunity for ten-year Beech or experienced employees majority of manager and leadership roles occupied by Cessna employees.

      Pros

      Good platform for engineering skills. Great people to work with. E xcellent culture. Almost everyone is a team player.

      Cons

      The push for speed in getting projects done. No faith in Textron, which is an holding company. Recently with acquiring Beechcraft, the company was renamed Teaxtron Aviation. We were always called Cessna. People dont like the name Textron Aviation.
