The people are good to work with, real professionals. Cessna aircraft are the best in general aviation.

Cons

The aviation industry is very cyclical. It very much follows the ups and downs in the economy. Cessna is very closely controlled by its parent company, Textron.

They take care of their family. They offer training and school tuition to go higher in your education. they give people a second chance to show who they are and what they can do even if their past was not so good. Excellent company for this.
