      Pros

      Used to be the training, in 2006 was a premier company. While the hours are flexible, it is not unusual for my peers and I to work 65-70 hours a week..

      Cons

      Cash flow is critical, zero leadership objectives, few opportunities for advancement, company is in survival mode, limited areas of hiring within the company due to instability, most of my peers would tell you that we are on the slowest sinking ship in America.

      Pay is great but sometimes its not worth the stress. Benefits began to get worse as time went on.

      Excellent pay Great Benefits Access to the Cessna Employees Club (swimming, weights, basketball) Access to the Cessna Employees Flying Club

      Can sometimes feel like you are "looking over your shoulder". for mangement Favortism with management depending upon seniority or friendship.
