Pros

There are not a lot of Pros since the two companies, Beechcraft and Cessna, combined.

Cons

They are only hiring Interns. If you have been out of college a few years, you're not eligible. They are laying off their older employees before they reach retirement age and replacing them with Interns.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Tuition assistance is available. Able to work on many different aircraft. Very friendly to brand new college graduates.

Cons

Schedules are unrealistic and come from very top executive management with no visibility. Low and mid level engineering employees are overworked with upper management not caring. Schedules and cost cutting are the main driving forces. Processes are non-value-added and waste time.
