      Environment is good... Casual atmosphere.... Good balance between work and personal life....

      Cons

      I would say that although the atmosphere is good at Cessna, the pay is probably on the lower scale based on other area employers.

      Pros

      Cessna provides a very family-oriented and friendly work environment. People are committed to working hard, but supervisors do not expect one to sacrifice family life. It is generally a laid-back environment and people have a positive attitude. Benefits are great, including reimbursement for education for ALL employees, bonuses for obtaining pilot training, club aircraft rental at 1/3 the going rate, 401K.

      Cons

      Due to the specialized knowledge required in the aviation industry, moving up the career ladder can be painfully slow. Healthcare is a bit expensive.
