      Pros

      Non upper management people are good.

      Cons

      Focused more on giving opportunities to fresh out of school hires rather than those with history with the company. Years of experience do not matter to them.

      Pros

      Good people, smart, and while I was there, lots of experienced people. A lot of opportunity to learn many disciplines from certification documentation, system design, to equipment installations.

      Cons

      Upper management disconnect. Internal surveys shows it. Upper management results totally mirrored everyone else. No, just because someone's held a management position, doesn't mean you can manage anything... Screwball tactics to get you to leave. Forces bad reviews on people. My manager said he was told by HR to change his review to allow HR to push people out.
