      Great Tight Knit Team!

      Pros

      The men and women that work at the Milwaukee Service Center are truly dedicated and knowledgeable . Their tight knit organization is one of a kind.

      Cons

      Can get a but stressful with some of the leadership. But with close relationship the team has with most of the clients, that's to be expected.

      Best part of the job is the product. Its so incredibly cool to work with aircraft day-to-day

      Cons

      Fresh out of college, its very frustrating to bust your butt for years in a technical role and see very little progress in terms of pay. If you want to climb the ladder fast you either need to be in the LDP program, or be in the right place at the right time to shoot up through management. Lots of good technical engineers just get driven away by a lack of progression.
