      Pros

      relatively good pay for the area My work schedule is relatively flexible

      Cons

      This company used to be the standard that many people measured against for other companies in the area and other aircraft companies across the country. Today it is nothing more than a carbon copy of Jack Welch’s GE. Senior Management will not hear the truth. The CEO over promises by a lot, makes completely unreasonable schedules not based on fact and then overworks people to meet it...but we can still never meet a fantasy schedule.       Fun job with pretty good benefits. Coworkers are great and the work is interesting.

      Pros

      They have new programs going every few years. Just about all of my coworkers have been extremely helpful and nice to work with. Really good benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to learn how to communicate with engineers better, stop making unrealistic deadlines for projects. Very low starting salaries for engineers. I was recently forced from my engineering position to a customer service position to fill the needs of the company so don't expect to be working in the position you signed up for, for too long.
