Pros

The pay is good, company vehicle is nice,

Cons

Management has no idea what is going on in the field. Decisions are made without taking 5 seconds to explore potential consequences. Quality control is nonexistent and reps constantly have to deal with it. Culture is very anti HR, boys club, get fired for being different, type of place. What else.. about every 2 years they round up the whole sales team and fire about 25% of them.

Pros

Experience, looks good on resume. If flying in a private jet is appealing to you then I guess that could be a "pro." They are flexible about doc appointments and things like that.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, pay is way below market, expected to work 83292 hours a week. Nothing ever gets done. You will spend hours/days/weeks on projects that never get looked at. Everyone's primary concern is CYA and personal advancement. Lots of drama/politics/backstabbing. It's like being in middle school all over again. Zero work life balance - 10 vacation days for first five years.
