      Good for just out of college for 1-3 YOE but stagnant growth after.

      Pros

      -co workers made it worth while for a little bit. Glad I built the relationships with the people I made

      Cons

      - salaries were on the lower end with a very small incentive bonus - internal promotions were non existent unless you were a LDP . Going above and beyond gets you no where besides extra work . -Raises are 1-3 percent a year . - work from home flexibility is non existent. - Passive aggressive emails and office politics were a common theme .
