Pretty standard pay for a given position across all regions of the US. This leads to less purchasing power in some of the more expensive regions to live.

-Toxic work environment pushed from upper management levels. All of the VP's appear to cause a toxic and misogynistic environment. Treat males as superiors, treat women as if they're useless, and scream at lower managament in the middle of meetings. -Terrible work/life balance causes by minimal staffing and inability to retain quality talent. -Not fully vested into 401k upon starting with the company until about 5 years. -refusal to allow anyone to work from home in the peak of the pandemic due to unfairness across the company, meanwhile upper management is continued to be allowed to do so.
