      - Offers fantastic benefits (starting 4 weeks PTO, 401K matching, many options for health, etc) - Management recognizes talent & offers multiple opportunities for learning, networking, and leadership development - Office has been recently renovated which facilitates a more collaborative working practice - Very diverse workplace that allows for sharing of ideas and best practices across cultures - Lots of opportunities for growth & relocation to other entities around North America & the world

      Parking spots can be scarce at the main building after 9am and lunch

      Pros

      Excellent benefits i.e insurance and PT0 especially the 401k match at 7% fully vested immediately. Lots of Holidays paid but see cons below. The shift premium is very nice! Overall work environment is pleasant we have a great Supervisor here.

      Cons

      Currently running line maint. like an office style setting with holidays paid as office personnel based on 8 hour shifts only giving you 8 hours on each holiday rather then the amount you actually work being we are 10 hour shifts. No double time. Very Excessively redundant paperwork process needs streamlined badly. Only 1 customer currently at our location with more opportunities the company should pursue.
