Pros

Great mission and vision. Meets the needs of many homeless New Yorkers. Opportunity to make a huge impact on NYC.

Cons

CEO is disconnected and condescending. He also seems to lack ministry and leadership experience. HR is incredibly slow to bring on new hires. And the head of HR seems incompetent.

No room for growth, Low salary, Leadership constantly changing, management often doesn't share where the program is going and what are the upcoming chAnges
