Beautiful place to work and you'll meet great people while working there.

Cons

Feels like a cult. Once you start working there, everyone is welcoming you with smiles on their face, after a short period of time you notice that everyone is watching and any wrong move will get you talked about, yes there are great people you meet but most of them will be talking about you when you turn around. My only tip is if you decide to work here is keep to yourself, any comment you make to your coworker will end up being told to a manager even if it's in private.
