Pros

Do well (financially) while also doing good (advancing discoveries in human health), wonderful colleagues, amazing benefits

Cons

Your mileage may vary, some teams are amazing to work on, while others have high rates of churn, especially for women, PoC, and other minorities. In my opinion, there is not enough accountability for toxic leadership.

Pros

You are exposed to many advanced technologies, and encouraged to out of box thinking.

Cons

Goals of collaborators are very different, and therefore, to align and deliver efficiently is a challenge

Pros

The Broad has flexible & understanding managers. They will work with you as long as you are honest and do your best.

Cons

They barely like to hire help. You can never get a straight answer with them for any little/big thing. Almost like... when there are too many cooks in the kitchen.
