Cons

It is an academic world. Credential is more important than your contributions. Without a PhD, there is no room for you to move up.

GREAT benefits, a lot of opportunities to collaborate, a very safe and nice work environment

Cons

The turnover of colleagues makes hard to give continuity to the different projects. Very limited space to advance within Broad. Salaries could be a little bit more competitive compared to industry.

BroadLife benefits, diversity and inclusion are amazing and not just lip service, smart people doing incredible scientific work

Cons

Administration is terrible, HR partner was known to gossip about things people had told her in confidence, salaries were ridiculously high and unfair for some positions in administration
