      Pros

      Good pay, low barriers to entry. Benefits are solidly above average- veteran employees get almost a month of vacation.

      Cons

      The turnover here is extreme- its worse than mcdonalds. The work is stressful and degrading, though not because the company makes it that way, just by its own nature.

      Pros

      freedom to work on your own territory, develop your own book of business - commission structure can be rewarding however management has the ability to not pay commissions based upon whims

      Cons

      too many people involved in management that want credit for making deals happen - no one seems to know the business inside and out and this can create issues when on-boarding client

      CCS is a strong company, has unique and great benefits which attract associates and customers fostering loyalty. Additionally, has an amazing leadership and a clear vision to drive innovation and motivate associates.
