Pros

Working for a company that takes pride in everything it does can be a wonderful experience. Great benefits and stock options for managers and excellent salaries.

Cons

Long hours and some General Managers that do not respect your days off can make things difficult.

Pros

Flexible. Most of the time it was a fun environment to work in. Food is good. Great job for students or as a second job.

Cons

Uniforms suck. High volume restaurant that also reflects in the variety of customers; good and bad. Management was at times odd. Lots of favoritism and pressure. Seemed like management would turn a blind eye to somethings, even managers that would act or say inappropriate things to other employees.
