      Good but exhausting.

      Pros

      Respect and understanding from management. Good money for a serving job. Good communication. Online scheduling. Big name. Being considered as one of the best companies to work for.

      Cons

      Customers are sometimes mean with high expectation. (common to any serving job). I have been asking mangers for a refernce letter but they keep on saying that they can do a job verification but dont have a way to write a letter. After years of service cant even get a reference letter.Weird

      Pros

      Good money, really great co-workers, somewhat flexible schedule, fairly stable incom

      Cons

      Management is inefficient. They believe that the restaurant runs itself, so they ignore their duties until something goes wrong, then they threaten the staff with unreasonable discipline.

      Good for money while in college, otherwise horrifying if it's your career

      Pros

      Decent money for a student, get paid the normal minimum wage in California vs. tipped employee minimum wage as in other states, can transfer anywhere in the country after 6 months, good food, fun young people (some locations), better than your average serving job, easy to get shifts covered with electronic scheduling system

      Cons

      Horrible management, bad communication between management-staff and staff-staff, lack of appreciation/acknowledgement of employees, low employee morale but I suppose that just comes with being a server.
