Pros

CCF is always packed so there is potential for steady income. Lots of coworkers to help when shifts are dropped. Ability to cross-train.

Cons

Not enough money for the high intensity service the corporate standard is. There are 236 menu items and counting, so be prepared to know everything. Get randomly shopped every 3 days or something. Job does require commitment, not a con for me, but for most people looking to serve just a little bit here and there it could be.

Pros

- Great benefits and 401k - Exceptional pay for the restaurant field. 95% salary and 5% bonus. - Company growth is positive. Even in tough economic times - Very structured and organized at all levels above operational managment - Fun enviroment to work (sometimes)

Cons

- Quality of life. If you live to work this is the place for you. Family comes second. - Irradic schedules. Close to open shifts happen on a some what regular basis. You may close one week, then open for one week' and then back to close' etc. You may close the restaurant (1am) and then be at a meeting the next morning (8-9am), and then come back for your shift at 4pm. - Shifts Usually run 9-12 hours.(50-70 weekly) You never know what may happen. - No sick days. if you become ill you better hope that the one manager that is off is available to work. - Working 6 - 10 days in a row happens often. Sometimes by surprise -Ultimately, it all comes down to your quality of life.

Pros

The Cheesecake Factory is a good place to work and the tips are good with a great turnover within the restaurant.

Cons

The Cheesecake Factory is a good place to work temporarily, but there is not a lot of room for advancement and the managers can sometimes be condescending.
