Pros

Fast paced so this is a great place to work if you get bored easily and like stimulation. Fun environment most of the time. Great pay in comparison to most other restaurants.

Cons

Can be stressful, customers can be needy or really difficult, but that is all with most restaurants. Your experience will also greatly vary based on the managers you are working closely with.

Pros

Well respected training program throughout the restaurant community. From staff member positions to managment, they will prepare you for high volume restaurants. Kitchen as well as front of house have many rules and regulations, processes and systems in place, which will out you a cut above the rest when it comes to most aspects of the restaurant industry.

Cons

They ask for a mile and will only reward you with an inch. they expect too much at times and rarley come through with promises. the bonus structure is not easily attainable, and even when you do hit every mark, the bonuses are not very substancial.
