Pros

There were a lot of truly nice and friendly people there. A lot of flexibility in scheduling.

Cons

Seniority seems to decide everything As a server you will work shifts as a food runner and as a breaker and not make a lot of money in those shifts, more of these shifts the newer you are Newer people like for your first year at least have a lot of shifts with a bad section

Pros

You learn quite a bit and there's room for growth within a reasonable timeframe compared to other companies. It's rewarding watching your skills grow as time goes along.

Cons

It's a whole lot of work, if you're lazy this is not the place for you.

Pros

PTO (only if you work an average 30-35 hours a week) Some of the best co-workers I've had at a job Depending on your managers, it can be a relatively relaxed work environment

Cons

Did not abide to personal schedule requirements (unless you update your schedule SUPER in advanced, they'll pretend they never saw your updated availability) Managers cannot communicate with each other to save their lives Make it near impossible to cross train you in other work groups (if you like begging that might work) You'll most likely be over scheduled/over worked depending on your work group They never have enough employees, so be prepared to be asked to stay later, work doubles, open when you aren't supposed to, and roll several pounds of silverware for the lazy servers They'll keep the most useless people that drag down work groups because they cannot be bothered to hire/fire No 401'ks despite being a billion dollar company Benefits are SUPER expensive Management will let customers, I'm sorry "guests", treat their staff like garbage because they "cannot afford" to lose the business Work/life balance does not exist if you choose to work here
