Pros

A lot of managers means reasonable quality of life....you don't have to wear 12 hats. Tend to be very high volume which is easier to run in a lot of ways than a slower place. Good benefits, insurance, and vacation.

Cons

Will move you on short notice without regard to travel expense. A lot of managers can also mean a lot of red tape and bureaucratic bloat. Open entirely too late. Also...while all corporate restaurants have a kind of corny schtick, Cheesecake is more like a weird cultish religion. It can get a little awkward if you don't drink the Kool-Aid.

Free meal at the end of every shift

Cons

You work HARD for the money you are paid. Lots of false promises made during interview process.
