Comparable benefits with other retailers; Decent employee discount; new leadership and supporting management team bringing fresh life to product offerings.

Cons

A lot of restructing and reorganization going on so people are anxious, morale is not too high. Need some direction and long term strategy that everyone can work towards as a team.
