      Pros

      Good pay that comes with the everyday job risk

      Cons

      These guys lay off a bunch of employees everyday just because they want to refresh the talent. Please do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT join this company. Management is horrible, CEO's base pay is 30M and she hates every single employee in the company. Just to keep their share prices high, TCP includes false information in their quarterly results. This place is a mess.

      Some of the people that work there are great but the overall morale is so bad that it seems everyone gets stuck in a rut because the lack of process and dated work around systems makes it difficult to want to show up everyday.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management with an incredibly high turn over rate. Their problems definitely derive from the top down. Morale around the office is so bad that even the directors start to join in on the conversations about how bad the upper management is. HR does absolutely nothing about it and half the time their only there for 6 months and then they rehire an entire new staff.

      The no talent joke of an SVP who knows nothing about design and whose only talent is advising Gap rejects who are far worse.
