Pros

Vacation time (although there was never an ok time to take one) unlimited sick days. Some of the people are great to work with, which tend to make the work day more tolerable.

Cons

Management and treatment of employees. There's a huge lack of respect, nepotism towards the employees and a severe limitation for designers and graphic designers to be creative. There's an incredible turnover rate and frequent layoffs that creates very little to no job security. Everyone comes in to work the next morning hoping that their chair is still at heir desk.

Pros

Starbucks nearby... Starbucks nearby... Starbucks nearby... Starbucks nearby... Starbucks nearby... Starbucks nearby... And close to home. That's it!

Cons

Hostile work environment cultivated from the highest level down, unhappy culture in most non-creative departments, employees are disposable. If you are unable to operate as a puppet robot, you will not survive. This company attempted to force me to ignore compliance regulations. They hook you in with a great PTO and salary package that is difficult to replace when you're trying to move on before they dispose of you.

Pros

--decent clothes and awesome prices! -PTO and sick time, that's pretty much it. I've seen better benefits elsewhere.

Cons

-Highest Shrink I've ever seen within any company. How does 1 single store lose $70K in just one year? It's laughable. -Having a visit from Upper management? sure, here's 30 extra hours to make your store look great: "give them exaggeration and not reality" -Floor-set guides are sent out in advance only to be completely changed at the last minute and due to be completed in 24 hours. Can you guess?- zero hours are given to undo what took you a week to complete ( because you ONLY have during business hours to get this done.) Oh yeah and We want you to snap pictures of it with our cheap camera and submit to us by the end of the day. -Training guides are all over the place, some are old some are brand new but, there is no structure to it. How do I train my team when you don't clearly tell me what it is that they need to know? This makes HUGE inconsistencies amongst store teams.
